My name is Andreas Schäfer, founder and owner of the Pflegenotfallteam. What began in 2003 as Pflegenotfallteam (PNT), which was staff support for care facilities and hospitals, became a care service in 2008 and has since been optimized and expanded by many dedicated PNT members with many ideas and visions to improve the situation of our patients and clients.

In 2019, the Pflegenotfallteam was set on new paths for further development, expansion, and additional innovative additions, and now operates as PNT-Pflegedienste. With care services in Bad Segeberg, Dörnick, Geesthacht, Helgoland, Kiel, Lübeck, Reinfeld, and Schwerin, as well as shared flats in Bad Segeberg, Bernstorf, Dörnick, Gross Grönau, and Neumünster, PNT today covers a large area in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern – namely "personal, northern, efficient".

We provide information about our offers and the PNT members on the website www.pnt-pflegedienste.de. In cooperation with the care services, the Pflegenotfallteam in Bad Segeberg handles patient transport and wheelchair transport.
